| When using additional colors in an experiment, we recommend adding colors to the palette in the following order to minimize spill-over between colors. The spheres can be injected into the subject in any color order | |||||

| The Dye-Trak 'F' microspheres are now available in 4-color fluorescently dyed family. Dye-Trak 'F' microspheres are precisely dyed, highly uniform spheres are quantified by fluorescence spectrophotometry. Fluorecent colors are used with larger volumes of solvent for ease of use. Dye-Trak 'F' fluorescent colors have sharp, widely separated peaks and require no mathaticaly processing of the data. A fifth fluorescent color, Navy, is available for use as a Process Control color to detect and correct for the loss of microspheres during tissue processing. These colors are used with Cellosolve Acetate as a solvent. | |||||
